Falcon Fox Construction employs local people to work on significant Sunderland projects
Falcon Fox Construction has won two major contracts in Sunderland and is bringing forward its commitment to hire local people.
David Reagan, from Seaham, has been named site manager on Nile+Villiers, a key part of Sunderland City Council’s Sunniside Place Strategy.

The scheme will include 75 homes and commercial space along High Street West.

Elsewhere, Robyn Wright from Grangetown is site coordinator at Nile+Villiers and at the Vaux Housing scheme – part of Riverside Sunderland – for which Falcon Fox has also been appointed in a construction management role for phase 2 of the project.

Vaux Housing is a flagship scheme at the heart of the city centre which will include 93 sustainable homes.

Falcon Fox director Ritchie Wharton said: "Robyn and David are great additions to the team, both live in the local area and have real pride working on projects that contribute to the regeneration of Sunderland city centre."
